​​We have an excellent team for solution of claims. This is what is shown by studies* we have carried out, where claimants have praised the Fidelidade services in sorting out their processes.

These studies appraised the satisfaction with regularisation of car accidents, accidents in the workplace, and multirisk housing insurance, and also show high levels of satisfaction, proving the excellence of the services that make Fidelidade stand out in this domain. The intention of recommending Fidelidade, shown by people with recent experience in the regularisation of claims by the Company, is high.

The good results shown in the studies amount to yet another important contribution within the affirmation of the brand, and also reflect the strong effort in working towards the constant improvement of services to the Client. The levels of satisfaction and recommendation of Multicare are also high. 
 
 





 
*Technical Information: By Consulmark, a studies company, with people who have had recent experience in claims as regularised by the Company and Insurance Takers, and users of Multicare. The Studies were carried out in 2018 and 2013. Samples ranged in size, from 336 to 620 people interviewed.
 

Accidents at Work

Our customers are still satisfied and recommend us.

Anyone who has experienced an Accident at Work claim told us just how satisfied they were with the process of resolving it.
 
8.2 is the overall degree of satisfaction with the entire claims settlement process (light), on a scale of 1 to 10. This is the main conclusion of an independent study carried out by Consulmark for 2013.
8.0 is the score that those who have experienced an Accident at Work claim give us to recommend Fidelidade to other people.

This study analysed the various steps in the resolution of the claim, namely its communication, the provision of health care and the payments (of expenses and salary payments)​.

Automobile

Our Clients continue to be satisfied with the handling of claims and they recommend us.

Anyone who has experienced a car accident told us how satisfied or very satisfied they were with the Company with the process of resolving it.
The settlement of automobile claims (material damage) is perceived positively by the injured parties. The overall level of satisfaction with the settlement process is 8.5 on a scale of 1 to 10, according to the study carried out by Consulmark for 2015. 
 
8.6 was the level of recommendation we obtained, on a scale of 0 to 10, when we asked the claimants whether they would recommend the Company to other people
 
This study analysed the various stages in the resolution of the accident, namely the expert's report, the repair of the vehicle, the replacement vehicle, the trailer, the clarity of the explanation of the decision, the information provided and the ease of contact with the Company​.

Multi-risk Housing

Our customers are satisfied with our Multi-risk Housing claims settlement..

We assessed the degree of customer satisfaction with our Multi-risk Housing (MRH) claims resolution at the main claims settlement moments and from a global satisfaction perspective.

8.7 is the overall degree of satisfaction with the entire claims settlement process, on a scale of 1 to 10.
9.0 is the degree of customer recommendation in relation to Loyalty based on the experience of settling a Multi-risk Housing claim.
63% of the respondents are "promoters" of Fidelidade, i.e. they gave scores of 9 and 10.

In order to improve our services, we listened to our customers, who told us how satisfied or very satisfied they were with Multicare.
