The 'Exame' business magazine gave Fidelidade recognition as the "Best Large Insurance Brokerage" in the Life and Non-Life segments, in the category of Bench and Insurance ("Banca e Seguros"). These distinctions motivate us to pursue daily work activities based on innovation and constant overcoming of challenges, for better protection of life and of our clients.

Fidelidade was considered the insurance company with best reputation in Portugal, in another  edition of the Marktest Reputation Index. Leader in the category of insurance companies, Fidelidade continues to rise in terms of the Marktest Reputation Index, having obtained a reputation index of 67.35% in the 2017 edition. Multicare, which is the health services division of the Fidelidade Group, also stood out in the health insurance category, having obtained a reputation index of 64.75. This distinction, sustained by values such as admiration and trust, gives us even more motivation to do our best to better protect those who have deposited trust in us.​​

In 2017, for the 16th year in succession, Fidelidade has been considered a Trustworthy Brand in the insurance brokerage category, by Reader's Digest. Once again, Fidelidade stands out for the quality of its services and the perception of client needs. With the allocation of this distinction, Fidelidade strengthens its position as the most acclaimed insurance company in Portugal, with the recognition of the work that the company has carried out, always focused on its clients, as well as the quality of the services provided in an innovative way. The Trustworthy Brand award, promoted by Reader's Digest, is based on the trust that clients have in the brands, also analysing consumption trends, the environment, and also personalities, in what is the first prestigious award for brands present in Portugal.

The 5th Edition of Consumer Choice, for the third time recognised Fidelidade as a brand chosen by the Portuguese people. This choice was based on core values such as trust and motivation, and reflects the acknowledgement of our products and services, always aimed at the concrete needs of each client.

MARKTEST 2016


 
Fidelidade was once again selected  as the insurer with the highest reputation in Portugal, on the Marktest Reputation Index*. It is through our dedication to new clients, and our will to give them advice and guidance, following them through their lives, that we have received this distinction. 

* MRI 2016 is a study carried out by Marktest, based on a universe of 2,005 interviews representing the Portuguese population aged 15 or over. The interviews were carried out through the Internet, by means of an online questionnaire (CAWI — Computer Assisted Web Interview), on 18 March and 5 April 2016.


BASEF INSURANCE 2016


 
Fidelidade is still in first place, and has increased the distance from the second-placed companies on the Basef Insurance Study*. These results are due to continuous hard work. They are a result of the innovative products and cover that we have developed, on thinking of clients' real needs, and also our effort to serve and closely accompany those who need our services. Our strong position of leadership in all indicators reflects our position on the market, the coherent image of the Company, and the clear information we transmit. This is recognition due to the fact that we put protection of people and of their lives at the heart of our activities. Every year,telephone interviews are carried out, working on the universe of people of both genders, aged 15 years of over, resident in Continental Portugal, where the interviewees answer questions about what idea they have of Insurance Firms, what insurance they have, where they have their insurance, and other issues.

* The Basef Insurance Study (BASEF Seguros), Barometer of Financial Services, is a study carried out by Marktest, representative of the Portuguese population, that seeks to know people's behaviour with regard to the insurance segment. This is a reference study in Portugal that has existed for 20 years.​

FIDELIDADE WINS THE 8TH EDITION OF THE MARKTEER AWARDS - 2016
 
This Award recognises the best things that are done within the areas of communications, marketing, and advertising in Portugal. This is another proof of general recognition of the work that we have all carried out, the coherent image of the Company, and the clear information that we transmit.
 

BEST REPUTATION 2015


Fidelidade won the Best Reputation Award in 2015*, awarded by the Reputation Institute. We believe that this award is a result of what our clients mean to us. We have been given this award as we think of the clients and try to add value to their lives. This, because reputation results from what we are, what we comply with, and what we do.

  *OnStrategy and the Reputation Institute annually promote a study that assesses the reputation of different brands. Some 40 thousand Portuguese citizens spontaneously mention the companies and brands that they know, in each line of business activity. The variables evaluated are: on the emotional side, admiration, trust, preference and recommendation; and, on the rational side, products and services, innovation, the work environment, citizenship, management, leadership and performance. This study takes place simultaneously in over 40 countries, with the participation of 250 thousand people and 5,500 companies, with a qualitative phase spanning 4 months, followed by a quantitative phase. In this study, Fidelidade was considered the best Insurance Company in Portugal.

The best Non-Life Insurer in Portugal and the Insurance Company with best customer service in Portugal. We have received international distinction and won 2 awards given by Global Banking & Finance Review: Best Non-Life Insurer and Insurance Company with Best Customer Service in Portugal.​
