SUSTAINABILITY REPORTING

Fidelidade reports information on its sustainability approach and performance through its Annual Report, more specifically the Management Report, which also includes the Sustainability Statements.

Fidelidade reports information on the principal adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability in a Statement produced for this purpose, in response to the requirements set out in the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).

Fidelidade discloses information on the allocation of proceeds and the environmental impact of its green bond issuance through the Green Bond Allocation & Impact Report, published annually.

 SUSTAINABILITY COMMITMENTS

As part of its commitment to transparency, Fidelidade subscribes to various commitments and is a member of several initiatives, many of which require to regularly report on sustainability information, both through the Annual Report and through the initiatives' own reporting mechanisms.

The main commitments and initiatives to which the Group subscribes or which it is a part of are the following:

UN Principles for Sustainable Insurance;
UN Principles for Responsible Investment;
Forum for Insurance Transition to Net-Zero;
Net-Zero Asset Owner Alliance; UN Global Compact.

The Group reports annually on the commitments and initiatives to which it is a member in its Annual Report.
