BOOMERANG TRAINEE PROGRAM

Boomerang Trainee Program at Fidelidade provides young professionals with structured hands-on experience across different areas of the company, helping them develop practical skills and gain exposure to business challenges.

Within the program, each trainee is paired with a mentor and a Buddy who also acts as a mentor, offering guidance and support for professional growth throughout the journey.​

Beyond professional development, the program is designed to foster meaningful connections and shared learning experiences in the insurance context, placing social interaction and continuous learning at the heart of the journey.
